I want to continue what we started with "Deja Vu," new images with heart. I want to take the budget and concentrate it on the look of the video. Great camera work, styling, and telecine.

IT GOES DOWN LIKE THIS...

As the video opens, we see Gunz and Tariq in the middle of a throng of people. They're packed in a lockerroom celebrating like they've just won the championship. A sports commentator wrestles through the people to ask...

Commentator
You've ripped it all over the country, you've brought the Bronx back to prominence. What's next?

Tariq and Guz look directly into the camera. There is a beat of silence, then a white flash.

THE BEAT DROPS.

We cut to a wide shot of the Soundview projects. We see Guz and Tariq loading heads into buses. By undercranking the film it will look as if people are moving extremely fast. We see the buses headed for an unknown destination. We will film the buses rolling down the highway side by side. We will cover every angle, including the driver's POV. The ill thing will be the performance in this setup. Tariq and Gunz will rhyme on top of the buses as they move. We will utilize a shotmaker to do sweeping moves around the bus as it moves.

The buses pull into a lakeside resort and all the heads pile out. We see thugs, ghetto princesses, college kids, boriquas, morenas, etc. Every BX personality is represented. The proprietors of the facility are shocked. Gunz and Tariq walk to the check-in desk and attempt to pay for everyone. When the proprietor sees who it is, he flips out. This will resemble the Visa commercials. The music turns down and we hear the dialogue.

Oh man, Peter Gunz and Lor Tariq! Uptown Baby, Uptown Baby; wait till I tell my wife about this. The RM 80 is parked in the lot...

Gunz
Yo, we want to pay for all your rooms.

Proprietor
(reserved now)
You got I.D.?

Tariq and Gunz each put a stack of Benjamins on the counter. The proprietor looks at the money and smiles. The music kicks back in.

We see all the heads running around the facility doing activities that will depend on the location, such as riding jet skis, horses, 4 wheelers, etc. We want this to look like the dopest of all weekend getaways -- and it's all on Lord Tariq and Peter Gunz.

The final performance will take place outdoors at the resort. There is a low key dance contest scheduled, but the Bronx heads turn it out. A group of sexy boriquas and morenas take over the dance floor with a choreographed number. Gunz and Tariq flip it in the middle of the floor while the camera does a 360 degree move around them.

I will shoot with 35mm film for the best possible picture quality; crisp, clear images. In telecine, I will saturate the colors to give us a vibrant summertime look. I look forward to any input from the group and/or label concerning the treatment.
