The entire look and feel of this video is very sensual and extremely futuristic in design. The video is to be filmed entirely on location at the Grand New Gugghenheim in Spain.

INTRODUCTION:
Camera reveals Jermaine Dupri as he is dressed entirely in black amidst a beautiful dark ocean/shoreline. We see he is performing in slow motion as we see cutaway shots of an extremely beautiful young model standing in the ocean (dark, nighttime, sunset).

FIRST VERSE:
We see Mariah Carey as she performs amidst the exterior of the Gugghenheim Museum. (Dressed extremely sensual, dressed in all silver.)

SECOND VERSE:
Camera reveals Mariah Carey as she races throughout the city of Bilbao, Spain on a red/chrome Italian motorcycle with a young, sexy male model type (Leonardo DiCaprio, etc.). We see the two rise as Mariah whispers the song softly to him (slow motion, wind blowing, hair flowing, etc.).

FIRST CHORUS:
We see Mariah and J.D. as she is inside the vast museum amidst a huge bay of bay windows, dramatic in style and design.

SECOND CHORUS:
We see exterior close-ups of Mariah performing amidst a deep blue sky with silver clouds. (Light, sun flares into the camera).

BREAK THIRD VERSE:
The camera reveals J.D. as he arrives at a posh European party (Underground). As he sees Mariah with a crew of friends (one girl, a beautiful young model, named "Ivory.").

We see J.D. approach the girl as camera reveals many beautiful women pass him by. (Extremely surrealistic.)

THIRD CHORUS:
We see J.D. and Mariah as they stand atop the Gugghenheim Museum together at sundown. The city of Spain lit up in the background, night. The two perform/dance together...

This will be intercut with performance footage of Mariah standing atop the Gugghenheim Museum at sundown...

This will be a three day interior and exterior 35mm film production shot entirely on location in Spain.
